The 2:55am Room
Awake at 2:55am?
Hot flash. Night sweat. Racing thoughts. Wide awake while everyone else is sleeping.
Somewhere, another woman is awake too.
The 2:55am Room is a free private live text community for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, including those awake during the night.

You Are Not Alone
Menopause touches health, sleep, work, and the quietest parts of everyday life.
It can reshape physical health and sleep. It can shift emotional wellbeing, relationships, confidence at work, and the rhythms of an ordinary day — sometimes all at once.
These are not private failings to be endured in silence. They are shared, real, and worth naming openly — across every background and every kind of life.
